Booking & Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

    1.   Deposits 

    •    All bookings require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable under any circumstances  Deposits           are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, the                   deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

    •    The deposit will be applied to the remaining balance on the day of the treatment.​ 

    ​

    2.   Cancellations and Rescheduling

    •    If cancelling outside of the 48-hour policy, your Deposit will NOT be refunded.

    •    If rescheduling outside of the 48-hour policy, your Deposit will NOT be transferred             

    •    If you do not show up for your appointment or failure to provide sufficient notice , you will lose           your deposit and a further deposit will need to be paid in order to secure another                             appointment.

    3.   Refund Requests

    •    I acknowledge that any requests made to my bank for a refund of fees will be automatically               denied.

    4.   Age Requirement

    •    All clients must be 21 years or older at the time of treatment.

​

    5.   Clinic Cancellations or Rescheduling

    •    If Nic+Co Aesthetics cancels or reschedules a clinic, the company will not reimburse travel                 expenses or any other costs incurred. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for           any reason

    6.   ID Requirement

    •    Valid identification must be presented when requested. Failure to do so will result in cancellation           of the treatment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

    7.   Children Policy

    •    Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

​

    8.   Anti Wrinkle Top Up Appointments

    •    It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule complimentary anti-wrinkle treatment top-ups within               two weeks. Appointments booked beyond this timeframe will incur the full treatment price.

 

    9.   Late Arrivals

    •    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late after thier appointment will not be treated, and the             deposit will be forfeited.

    10. Medical Fitness

    •    Treatments will not be provided to clients deemed medically unfit, as determined by completed            medical forms.

 

    11. Non-Transferable Deposits

    •    Deposits and bookings are non-transferable to another individual.

 

    12. Social Media & Negative Content

    •    Publishing or sharing negative content about Nic+Co Aesthetics on social media or online                  platforms is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in legal action.

    13. Consultation​

    •   All new patients and existing patients must have a consultation , regardless of whether treatment          is undertaken. A non refundable fee of £40 is redeemable against treatment . If no treatment is            undertaken on the same day only, the £40 will be used as a consultation fee. The £40 fee is            non-transferable to a different date if you are having a consultation only.

   

   14.  Numbing Cream

     •   Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as numbing cream will be applied prior to             your appointment if applicable.
