Cancellation Policy

-All Clients agree by booking , that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Booking Policy available on nicandcoaesthetics.co.uk -We do not accept children under 18 into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member outside of the treatment room.. -Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as numbing cream will be applied prior to your appointment if applicable. -It is the Clients responsibility to schedule complimentary anti-wrinkle treatment top-ups within two weeks. Appointments booked beyond this timeframe will incur the full treatment price. -Clients are required to read, understand and sign the relevant Medical form and Consent Form prior to treatment -The Client agrees to adhere to all recommendations and guidelines provided by Nic+ Co Aesthetics in regards to the treatment being provided. -Our Practitioners will assess if you are suitable for treatment prior to any treatment being performed -It is the Client’s responsibility to provide Nic+Co Aesthetics with a complete Medical History, Drug and Allergy History prior to each treatment -We do not treat any patient under 21 for injectables -If you proceed to book this implies you agree to these Terms and Conditions, are over 21 years and absolve Nic + Co Aesthetics from any future legal dispute Reschedule/cancellation policy - If cancelling outside of the 48-hour policy, your Deposit will NOT be refunded. - If rescheduling outside of the 48-hour policy, your Deposit will NOT be transferred - If you do not show up for your appointment or failure to provide sufficient notice , you will lose your deposit and a further deposit will need to be paid in order to secure another appointment. - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late after their appointment time will not be treated, and the deposit will be forfeited.
